If you don't mind spending some extra time, you can make patterns and cut the cookies out by hand. I do that with the majority of my designs, as I get exactly the shape and size I want. You can use stencil plastic, cardboard, or even the plastic top from containers (like butter tubs) to make the patterns.

That's exactly what I did , and they turned out ok !I'll post some opictures later on. Thank you so much !
