I am getting bubbles in my RI when I put it on the cookies. What am I doing wrong? How do I keep from getting the air bubbles?

After you mix your royal icing let it sit in the bowl for a few minutes. The bubbles will rise to the top. Give the royal a quick stir to pop the bubbles and then fill your bags. Hope this helps.

If you get a few bubbles right after you pipe you can also pop them with a corsage pin.
