3D Chocolate Mould Problem

hi i have recently tried making a 3d bunny chocolate mould of the belgian dark chocaltes discs i got at bulk barn.... the chocoalte keeps getting stuck in the mould and then the chocolate cracks....what can i do to fix this???

Are you popping the mould in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes?
This is what i do - then turn it up side down and give it a good whack on the kitchen bench to release the chocolates.
Just as you would do for ice cubes. icon_smile.gif

Is your chocolate properly tempered? That can affect it as well.

i tried it in the freezer at first adn it just brokle when i tried taking it out. so then i tried int he fridge adn it still broke apart!
the chocolates i've used are the ones with glycerin in it.... the ones made especially for making chocolates!!!
i just don't get it! ????? any other suggestions? you both have used #D moulds and have had no porblems?
