Hi i'm new to cookie making & have been aske by a friend to make some cookies for the guests that are stopping over in the hotel after the wedding, I could use some ideas like do i ice them or keep them plain etc & how many for each room also how to package them.

Ice them with Royal icing and package each one in a clear cellophnae bag with coordinating ribbon.I would charge per cookie and they usually run between $3.00-$5.00 each cookie..You could also do a pretty cookie bouquet for each room but they require more materials etc...They are usually priced based on how many cookies etc..Roughly $35.00 and up...I would only leave say 2-4 cookies per room if they are individually packaged.
