Does anyone know how or where I can find out how to pipe an alligator or crocodile (maybe 2 or 3 inches long)? I checked Wilton.com and itisn't there. I am making a castle cake right now and want to put an alligator in the moat, but my magazine doesn't have it like i thought. Any help would be great! Thanks

I haven't piped a crocodile, but I did one out of fondant once. I looked for my picture but can't find it. I rolled a sausage of green fondant into tapers at both ends (slightly longer taper for his tail, slightly more blunted for his face), used a toothpick to make his smile, rolled out legs for him and stuck them on with water, and used a round tip like a 5 or a 7 to press the "scales" on his back. I made some white eyes and put them on, and then piped tiny white snaggle teeth. I'm sorry I don't have the picture to help me get my point across, but it was cute, and with him in the piping gel "water" it was a nice effect.
