I have a huge 300 cupcake order to do for Clarence High School's junior prom in May, and the lady who ordered the cupcakes from me wanted to know if there was a way to incorporate '2K12' into the cupcakes somehow (apparently that's what the class calls themselves).

I am having my dad construct me a square cupcake stand, and I am making cupcake wrappers out of scrapbook paper. Should I make a 2K12 topper for each of the cupcakes, or should I maybe do one large one for the top of the stand?

Also, the colors of the prom ticket are a light green and brown, and since I couldn't find any paper similar to that, I am using a cream with gold rose print all over it. It's very pretty and will fit the atmosphere (the prom is at Salvatore's Italian Gardens).

If anyone could suggest anything to me, I would much appreciate it!

Is this something that the school is paying you for? If so then did you charge accordingly for each cupcake to have a topper? If you did not charge them for a topper on each cupcake then I wouldn't make the toppers and maybe go with one big topper. You could also call them back and let them know about the added cost of the toppers or maybe only make toppers for half of the cupcakes. HTH

I would stick with the idea of just doing the one on top of the stand. 4 letters on each cake would be a lot of extra time effort and money if you have already given them a quote. Wishing you luck with them! icon_smile.gif
