I guess practice is what it takes. What method do people prefer to use in order to get a smooth finish to their bc???? I have read about the viva method, melvira's method, etc., but haven't tried them yet.
I ordered the DVD "Perfecting the Art of Buttercream" by Sharon Zambito. It was the best smoothing process I have seen yet. I have only tried it once but I could really see the difference from my previous attempts.
