Recently saw a RSC with the center cut out (like a donut) and in its place, a translucent jewel center. It looked like a round circle of strained glass. It must have been a special candy. Anyone have an idea of what it could have been?? Would be a nice Easter cookie, I think.

Use crushed life savers or jolly rancher candies. The candy melts while the cookie bakes.
