Ok so has anyone ever baked a cake in a cookie sheet ? if so , how was your experience ? I'm trying to bake a cake that's not that big in height and I was thinking of baking the cake in the sheet pan. Is this even possible. Any feedback would be great. Thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

yes, you can, just adjust temp to about 300 so it bakes slowly, and doesnt burn, watch it because it doesnt take long to bake, only fill the pan about half full, i have a 3/4 inch deep bake pan that i use when making jelly or pumpkin rolls.
