Request for a full sheet cake to feed 70 people. I was told the full sheet cake pan does not fit into a standard oven and it is my personal belief that 2 12X18 pans would be to much. According to wilton a 1 12X18 feeds 70 people but I fear once the family begins to slice the cake it will fall short of feeding 70 people.
So i need a pan bigger than a 12X18 but one small enough to fit in a standard oven.
Any suggestions, What pan would you use?
Thanks in advance
I've heard of people using half sheet pans. You could use two halves to make a full sheet.

That's 72 servings on the Wilton party cake chart, and it's for a double layer (two, not one).
The wedding cake chart (industry standard 8 cu. in. servings) says 98 servings for a double-layer 12" x 18":

...still too much cake. You could use two 11" x 15" 1/3 sheet cakes for 74 servings, or three 9" x 13" 1/4 sheet cakes for 75 servings.
