Ok so a friend of mine asked me to make a wedding cake for her wedding, the cake is 4 tears stacked one in top of the other and they wanted to be dulce de leche, However, wouldn't dulce de leche be too moist to have stacked one in top of an other? I've made this cake before but as a single cake. Any suggestions? tia
