I have tons of candy melts in bags and opened. How/Where do you store them? I am just have them in big bags and Ziploc, but I'm sure there's a better way.

I keep the open packages in ziplock bags, then all of them are in a plastic container.

That's how I have mine - in Ziploc bags! I use them pretty quickly, though, but have stored them like that for over a month at a time with no trouble!
