I have been asked to make 50 cupcakes for a shower next month. Im not sure if they want any kind of decorations on top so I will just assume cupcakes with frosting. This is my first time doing this for someone else so I am not sure how much to charge. Does anyone know how much I should charge, I am outside Seattle. Also, they want cream cheese frosting. Ivory, Peach and clover. What kind of coloring do I use. I have never made a dark color frosting before. The clover is what I am afraid of.
