Does anyone remember the cakes you could get in a box mix that were chocolate bundt type cake with a white cream or cake part in the middle? My boyfriend remembers this cake with coconut filling. I remember seeing the boxes but never looked that closely or made one. I would like a recipe similar to that if anybody has one they would like to share or if you can suggest a place to look for one. I would like to make one for him.
