Hi all,

I've recently heard a lot of people raving about how good chocolate biscuit cake is and that it is being requested for wedding and christening cakes.

Over here in the uk its's a no bake cake which involves melting chocolate and adding biscuits,chocolate bars,fruit and nuts, however I would say this was more of a biscuit slice than actual cake and would imagine that it would be very difficult to cover with fondant as it would be very bumpy and would not be very "cake" like at all when cutting into it.

Anyone in the uk or anywhere else have any thoughts on this or have actually tried this I would appreciate any feed back on how you got on and the recipe you used
