I just started into the cake world and I've decide to enter in a contest. Surprisingly, I made into the semi finals.
I got an email from the organization asking for a sugar tile cake. What is it?? Please, could anybody help me? I'm not sure what I really have to do. I'm copying part os the email below.
I appreciate any help and I'll be very thankful!!!

"The next step is to create and send a sugar tile sample to my office by March 15 that displays the techniques and colors to be considered for the final finished cake.
The tile should be about 8 inches square.  Most importantly I want to be able to see the sugar details, textures, flowers and colors ( options are helpful in case we have too many cakes of one color range) youll plan to execute, so the tile can be larger or smaller as you need. You can send multiple tiles if helpful and 3D details do not need to be attached to sugar tile sample."

I would go to the contest website and try to contact a previous winner and ask them what they suggest. Or perhaps email the sender and ask for clarification.
