How long does melted isomalt items hold up? I am going to make "ice" cubes and have never done it before so I wanted to try it as early as possible. I got the isomalt sticks and the granular types. I heard the sticks are easier to use. I plan on pouring them into a silicone mold. Any hints tips etc would be appreciated. Thanks
