I am turning to all of you great candy makers for some help. I need to find a solution that allows me to drizzle something white onto chocolate covered pretzels. I need something that is peanut/tree nut free and also dairy free. With these restrictions, I cannot use the Wilton candy melts and most white chocolate contains dairy. I was thinking that I could use royal icing. If I could get some input, that would be great. My biggest concern is that the "grease" from the chocolate would break the royal icing down, but I do make royal icing decorations and put it onto a buttercream cake without them breaking down.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
