Probably not what your after but great all the same.
To go on wires you may be able to use the patchwork cutters set.

If you're looking for the one that was used on a cupcake some time back, the decorator stated she used the mini jem high heel cutter.

GSArts has it..

2 cm is less than an inch. I haven't seen any that small. You might have to use the tappits that someone just posted above, but then maybe those are too small.

Hobby Lobby has a small one. It is the cookie cutter section, but they have the tiny ones. I have one, but haven't used it yet. It was really cheap too!!

Coppergifts.com sells a huge assortment of cookie cutters. They will make custom cutters any size you want. Either fax a pattern, or just ask them to change the dimensions if they have the style but not the size. They can get it to you very quickly if you don't mind the fed ex bill! I have purchased a number of cutters from them and they are highly reliable and the cutters are of excellent quality. HTH

I think these cutters are 2cm...but they're 3D, so you'll have to put them together!

Never had seen anything that tiny. I don't even know how I found the video. Website is in the UK.
