I just bought a big tub of it yesterday. It says not to refreeze it once thawed but Its a huge bucket and I don't want it to go to waste has anyone tried to freeze after its been thawed and it still taste good?

I usually take out what I will need and then put the bucket back into the freezer --- never had the whole bucket out long enough to defrost the whole thing....
