I'm new at this cake thing. I have done several cakes at no charge for friends and families, but now (thankfully), they're passing on my information. However, I have no idea what my pricing should be?? I'm outside of Raleigh, NC (more the "country" where people are looking for decent cakes, but not city price), so I don't know what the standard it? By cake size? details? ect? any information would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Micke

You might want to research if you're allowed to sell cakes legally in your state from a home kitchen. (then there's licensing, inspections, liability insurance, sales tax... the list goes on.)

You can start here:

(hope it helps.)
