Hey, everyone! I recently saw a product in a cake store called Icing Fruits. Their on-line store has links to YouTube videos for how to use the products in their store (very cool!). They used icing fruits to make a filling with whipped cream. Looks awesome -- just wonder if it is worth it. Thanks!!

I've used them for years. In fact I buy them in 8 pound buckets, not those dinky little 8 oz. containers.

Leah-S, how long does it last? I picked up a small container of it to try, but haven't done so yet as I wasn't sure exactly how to use it (can't remember what I was told when I bought it). As already asked, do you mix it with BC and/or whipped cream? I think I was told it could be mixed with something to make a mousse and/or use it as your filling as is.

Thanks TerriLynn for asking the question!
