It works for me. The problem may be formatting. You might want to copy it and paste it into a new window. Or google "Arkansas farmers market vendor guidelines" and it should come up near the top. It is a PDF.

Noticed your post about the AR Cottage Food bill. To sell cakes from your home you need to get a tax id number, easy to get, and a liscience to do business as a baker/home food seller.
