I am mainly a self-taught decorator. I have taken the wilton method courses, but was wondering if anyone knows of any good decorating classes in the South Jersey/Philadelphia region. Also, has anyone taken the wilton master course and did you think it was worth it?
Thanks!

Anybody , that i have ever known to take the Wilton Master classes , said it was well worth it. You can,t go wrong with Colette Peters and Nick Lodge teaching there. lol!! I have a friend that took it also. She loved it.

There are a variety of shows coming up, Connecticut cake Feb 26 & 27 and one more in Virginia March 26 & 27 - they offer classes.

Cake shows are wonderful, filled with demos and classes... Also you may want to check out the ices organization (newletters and Day of Sharing) and the Ices convention(registrationg begins March 1- i think).
