Tried to post this on the recipe and rate it, but it wouldn't let me, so for all of those who were wondering, yes, you can use this for cupcakes. Mine came out beautiful!! 400 degrees, once in the oven, turned down to 350. In my oven they took 20 minutes. Nice domes, great crumbs. My friend tasted one un-iced and said, "OMG! These are the best cupcakes!" Thanks to whomever posted this recipe!!
