Has anyone found the original pattern used to make the design on this cake?

You can tell it came from the paper or tablecloth under it in another picture I have. I can't find a copy of that same picture to post here, but I know I have seen this cake several times.
I would like to have a copy of the original pattern so I can duplicate it for a cake in May.
If you have it or something very close to it, can you please send me the link or tell me the source.

I have been looking for this pattern for weeks! My cake is this weekend and I still can't find the pattern. So I was glad to come across your thread but the link brings me to a page that says that item is no longer available. Would you happen to have anything available for that pattern. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
