Handmade or Handcrafted?

Which sounds better to describe my chocolates in an ad: handmade or handcrafted? I think homemade rolls off the tongue better, but on first glance I don't want handmade confused with homemade. Does handcrafted sound more upscale in describing chocolates?

When I see the upscale chocolatiers advertising at Christmas they always use Handcrafted. It sounds more fancy.

Handmade could be confused with making chocolate. We have a chocolatier in our town that ships all over the world. Handcrafted sounds like you created the whole from various parts, such as candy, which better describes your business.

Handcrafted. I envision an artisan when I hear that. Handmade makes me think of my mom baking in the kitchen...still a good thing but different.

Thank you all for your responses. I made the change to "handcrafted."
