I'm not really familiar with how the legislature works but I'm guessing the govenor knows nothing about this bill yet. It can't hurt to send her an email supporting the bill though...go for it!!

So as of today the bill has officially been passed to the Governor and is awaiting her signature!!!

Cakefrenzyaz is correct! The bill went to the Govenor's office last night. Once she signs it, it will take effect and become law in 90 days.

This bill was signed by Gov. Brewer on 4/13/2011. It will become law in 90 days! Woo-Hooooo!!!!!!!!!
