ok i saw these and have never done a topsy turvey cake..would love to do one for portfolio that way i can offer them to clients..i saw these and read some reviews saying that you dont have to waste cake with these ..my question is..how do fill them if you can only make one layer and has anyone had any experience with these..would like to know before i try to purchase them..

Interesting...but couldnt the same thing be achieved by just propping up one side of an ordinary round tin while cooking?
you torte them, like any other cake.
i have never seen reviews from people that have actually used them - but i think the concern comes from the fact that the thin side might over bake.
the way i do mine doesnt waste any cake either, cause i dont carve down the sides. this set doest have tapered sides, so will give the same look.
xx
they look great,I would love to have the set.. but they are expensive.. and for the amount that someone requests a topsy turvy cake.. its not worth it for me..
Let us know if you buy them or not
