Help! How Do I Keep A Cake Upright For A Two Hour Car Ride!?

How do I store a cake in my car for a two hour ride to San Francisco? It's a three tiered baby shower cake. Help! icon_surprised.gif

I just had to transport a 4 tier cake last weekend.I put each tier in a box and assembled it there.

You could assemble it onsite or use a center dowel if transporting stacked.

I had to transport a wedding cake three hours away. I didn't trust transporting them stacked, so I assembled onsite.

Use SPS, of course. That's what it was designed for!

If you cannot fit it on the floor of your car, make sure you use something on the seat to make it level or it's all downhill from there...literally!
