I need help quick! Im making some cookies that are red with white polka dots. Any idea on the best way to go about this to prevent bleeding? Any ideas would be so greatly appreciated!

It helps to do the most vibrant/dark color first. When you add a wet icing onto a dry icing, the wet wants to seep into the dry. If the second color is lighter, you won't notice the bleeding so much. Mix your red icing the night before, and make it lighter than you think you'll need. It will darken as it sits. Saturating the icing with color will increase your chances of that icing bleeding. Good luck!
