I made a batch of SMBC monday night, refigerated it and took it out now. Stuck in my KA to rebeat it and it's a glob of white with a whole bunch of oil under it. Can this be saved???

TIA!!!

Let it come to room temperature, then beat it. You can wrap warm towels around the KA to speed up the process.

Good luck!

whoa!
Not sure, but I always let my SMBC sit out until it gets to room temperature before I remix it
