I am currently reading this book and most of the recipes use creme fraiche which sounds appealling. I was just wondering if anyone has baked any of those recipes yet and what they thought?

Hi! I bought this book because it looked awesome, but I'm afraid I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. They look fairly simple. Have you tried making anything yet?

i made the vanilla and vanilla/almond cupcake and they were very, very tasty and light.

my only complaint was that they didn't really hold their shape well. they would sort of fall apart while being unwrapped...
