Hi
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE LAWS ARE CONCERNING HOME BASED CAKE DECORATING BUSINESSES IN SOUTH CAROLINA? I HAVE NOT HAD ANY LUCK FINDING ANY INFORMATION ON THIS.

Call your local county health department. Listed under the government section of your phone book. Tell them what you want to do and ask who the proper authorities to talk to are. If they can't help you, ask them to refer you to the proper authorities.
