I've never used the Lorann Emulsions but I recently picked up the Lemon and Coconut emulsions. I can see myself using the Lemon but not sure about the Coconut? What's your experience with these or what have you heard? Should I take the Coconut back? I've heard the other flavors are great but that's all they had where I am, so it was a bit of an impulse buy...

I used the Lorann Orange Emulsion in my candy this year. It was very good.

I used coconut in an smbc to go with a pink champagne cake before. Use very little at a time and try it as you add, because it can get overwhelming, but it works beautifully for cake itself as well. I use loranne's emulsions for everythig ... Hth!

I use them all the time. I use them to make root beer flavoured cakes, orange creamsicle etc.
They are great to add not only to cakes but frosting flavours as well.
Enjoy.
