The trees are pretty simple, I used PME snowflake cutters:

They're not my idea, I saw the snowflake trees somewhere a few years ago although I can't remember where. The ones I saw were all white, but I thought I might try making some in green to see how they look. I quite like the green ones. I used lots of green disco glitter on them, so they were nice and sparkly in real life.

For those who are in Australia I bought Clikstix at Cake Deco in Melbourne, although I have since discovered I can buy them off ebay from the UK for HALF what I paid, INCLUDING postage and exchange rates.

I did a quick google and in the UK they are available on the Windsor Cake Craft site and eBay and a few other online stores. Just going to order me some now....

I wish the letters came in smaller sizes because they do look like that would be so much easier to use than Tappits. Maybe they will come out with smaller ones if more people request them.
