I just wanted to tell all my CC friends, to have a Very Merry Christmas! I hope that Santa brings you everything on your caking wish list! Just curious, how many people are done with cakes for the year? I thought I was, and then a friend of my daughters asked me to do a simple sheet cake for her Birthday tomorrow, so the oven is turned back on and the fondant is getting pulled out.
Spend some great time with your families, and relax!!

I'm almost done with caking this year. I have 2 to go. One for our family Christmas dinner which will be a simple cake and next week after Christmas, I have one more order to go. Been caking consistently for 3 years but I have never had so many cakes in one month like I have for this month. 5 cakes in 3 weeks! lol. But, it's been a lot of fun!

Merry Christmas to all! I envy the white-christmas-people, I live in southern New Mexico and we have been in the mid to upper 70's all week! Growing up in Colorado I miss the snow! Well, everyone be safe in the snow!

Merry Christmas everyone! And a Happy Birthday to those celebrating today and those who have or will celebrate sometime this month! May you all have a wonderful Christmas and a long and joyous life!

I have 2 more cakes to make after Christmas -- one for a nephew's birthday on the 30th and one for a needy family's son's birthday on Jan. 3rd. Otherwise, I'm through until January for my dad's birthday.

We don't get snow here either...have never had a white Christmas, but they're predicting rain for Christmas Day, so it sounds like it'll be wet if nothing else!

I'd also like to express a thank you to all who have been helpful on CC by giving out advice, hints, recipes, and for being just plain nice! This is a great site and I'm glad I was referred here. I've learned alot from all of you and I know I will continue to do so. So thanks to all of you and again.....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
