When I make my fondant it is so dry. I can only roll it out once and if I try to use it again it falls apart. What do I do?

What kind of fondant are you using?

Keep kneading it...the warmth from your hands should soften it back up again. Break it up into smaller pieces and knead away. If too hard, zap it in the microwave for about 10 secs. If it still falls apart, add a tiny bit of light corn syrup or glycerin to it (it will be tacky at 1st but just keep kneading it back together). Hope that helps!

Good luck!
