Does anyone have a recommended baking temp and time for baking cupcakes? I find that mine are usually dry on the bottom.
Thanks

Cooking times are different for each recipe and each oven has its own personality. Just check the cupcakes five minutes earlier and/or move them up to a higher rack.

You are slightly over baking them. Try pulling them out just a fraction before you think them done. It happens very easily because the cakes are smaller. It's like they keep baking from internal temperature after you take them out of the oven. If the center sinks slightly when they cool, you pulled them out a bit too early

For a new recipe, bake one cupcake to adjust time and temp. Then write it down on the recipe for future reference. I do this for every baked recipe. Saves time later.
