That's great! I've been wanting to try pulled sugar. Any tips for a first timer would be appreciated. I've read about it on several occasions - I just haven't made the time for it yet.

ok right now as I was reading though the post I was also watching the compition on the food network that is on pulled sugar and want to give it a try it looks so fun to work with if you could email me with a recipe and some directions I would appriate it.

Please do, even a tutorial would be nice, I just finished watching the Food Network Competition also (a rerun I believe) and, like many other things, would love to try this but am cluless how to start and cannot find a good tutorial online.
