Hey I am looking for some ideas for dipping chocolate. they need to be easy ideas. I work for a marketing company doing product demonstrations and sampling and I am doing a Ghirardelli chocolate dipping kit with white and double chocolate. i did this 2 weeks ago and was only allowed to dip strawberries and bananas in the chocolate and made a bouquet as a display, this time I hae been given total creative freedom to dip what I want SOOO what I am going to do is make a small display with dipped spoons, pretzle rods and candy canes and package it pretty in a coffee mug with a hot cocoa pack to display as an easy gift idea for the holidays .... but now I need to thing of the best food that I can pair with the chocolate to show consumers how it tastes. the chocolate will not hae time to harden so it needs to be a food that will be easy to eat with melted chocolate and something simple for me to dip quickly as these events are usually very busy.

Do you think fruit? or pretzles, marshmallows, candycanes ... etc .... what is your favorite thing to dip in chocolate???

Pretzels and shortbread cookies are my personal favorites. Some other items I've served with chocolate fountains: Brownies, rice krispie treats, frozen pound cake, frozen cheesecake, and of course fruit.
