When is the October/November magazine being sent? It is December as of Wednesday and still no issue. Can someone please let me know. If you are unable to deliver this magazine you should offer a refund. Also, you're advertising 12 issues for the same price as 10. I hope that all of us who are original subscribers and believe we signed up for 12 issues will be getting 12 issues!

I ordered my subscription renewal as soon as it was offered and havent received my promised free christmas ornament. It would be nice to get it before christmas!! Also, today is the 29th of November and I havent received my October/November issue yet. I love the magazine but it is quite aggrivating waiting on its arrival. Its very inconsistent.
