Forgive me if the answer to my question(s) are here somewhere on CC, but I cannot find what I'm looking for ...

I'm real lazy at heart ... and thus I'm looking for a (relative) easy way to make a gingerbread house ... Also have loads of friends that would like to assemble it with their children, without baking it .... I would be the baker/Santa Claus in other words ...

What do you think of the Wilton Gingerbread House Pan? That the route to go? I know the cookie cutter site : www.offthebeatenpath.com used to sell a kit, but for the love of me, I cannot find it ... discontinued?

It should not be a huge house ... 7" x 5" more or less ...

I HATE cutting the dough from templates ... ;-(

Thanx in advance ...

At Michaels today, I saw the Wilton mold/pan for gbh for about 24.oo. There was also a set of 3 cutters for a gbh for 7.99. I have a stone mold I got years ago, and used several time. The Wilton mold reminded me of that, only made of heavy coated metal. I almost got the cutters, but still have a kit from last year of the pre-baked cookies. I did get a candy mold to make windows, door, chimney, shrubs, etc, for decorating a gbh.

Either the mold pan or the cutters look like they would be the size you are wanting. Or just buy the kit, but add your own decorations!
