Debbie Brown- Baby Dragon Cake help..please

I am going to try a dragon cake for my nephew's birthday this weekend. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with the instructions/guidance for the baby dragon from the book Magical Cakes. It's the one with the dragon busting out of it's egg. I probably won't do the egg,but just the dragon.

I have one in my pics with my pwace sign cake my niece had to have the dragon so I made it on the side!
