i am looking for a recipe for the filling like they use at dunkin doughnuts.....its the white creme filling (not the bavarian pudding filling)....its very close to a buttercream......but a lighter consistency....i just can't figure it out.........any body have any ideas???? thanks.....Donna usaribbon.gif

We don't have a Dunkin Doughnuts here and haven't had any donuts with a creme filling lately but you might want to check out the filling for the Ding Dong Cake that is posted in the recipe section....maybe it's close enough in taste in texture to use.
