I was much more mild-mannered on there than I am in real life. You should have seen me yelling at the school bus driver this morning when he left the stop three minutes earlier than he was supposed to and made me chase him down the street in my car. That would have made an interesting video.

It made me laugh--in the description of the video it says you show how to make "simple but savory gumpaste flowers. Never thought gumpaste would be described as savory.
yeah, I don't know why they put that there. I think they were confused as to what gumpaste was. The female host told me that she thought it was going to be about how to make piped roses

To me, you seem practical, very intelligent, serious about your work, and tough! I admire those qualities. I am still working on the tough part, and my business officially opens Wednesday (after meeting with the health inspector for final approval). I am sure I will quickly learn the tough part! After months of "free" cakes for practice and porfolio building, often under-appreciated, I am ready to get down to "real" business! You, Indydebi and some others are the ones who inspire me to have a good backbone.
