This is my first time making a cake like this. My girls want a castle cake for their birthday. What kind of recipe do I need to use for the cake so it will hold up to stacking and shaping? They really want it to be pink, so can I do strawberry or something like that? Do I need to do anything special to the mix? If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be wonderful!!!
