i also want to sell molded chocolate candies (some on lolly sticks) for december..how early can i make them?& how do i store them so they would still look like they just got out of the "oven", so to speak..thanks

A cool dry place will do the trick. Not sure how far in advance you can make them, but I don't see why you can't so them soon if it's just chocolate.
