I don't order from JB Prince any more. The phone rep transposed two numbers on one of my multiple items. They refused to correct it or make an adjustment. I ended up having to dispute it on my credit card. They lied to my credit card and said that they had already issued me a refund. Once my credit card found that they did not actually issue the refund, they reversed the charges.

We understand that there are many places where you can go to purchase quality pastry tools and equipment. We have to separate ourselves from the rest with quality selection AND great customer service. It appears we have failed in your case. We would appreciate the opportunity to correct this.
