Forgive me if this has been covered somewhere else. I tried a few searches and nothing came up.
I'm having trouble figuring out how to transport and then arrange 30 cupcakes on a stand without the bc swirl getting messed up. The cupcake inserts at my cake store are too tall or something, so they come right up to the frosting edge and make it very messy to get them out of the box. Same thing if I just leave them in the cupcake pans.
I'm thinking I may have to frost onsite, but I will only have a few minutes to get it assembled, so I'd prefer to frost beforehand.
Are there any tricks I don't know about?
